What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember preferences, and to provide analytics.
Cookies we use
The public part of our website (home, services, contact, etc.) only sets strictly necessary cookies. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and our analytics is configured to work without tracking cookies (see below).
The staff sign-in area (/login, /account) uses strictly
necessary cookies and local storage entries set by Firebase Authentication so that
staff can remain signed in between page reloads. These are essential to the staff
login flow and cannot be turned off through this site. They expire automatically.

Analytics
We use a privacy-friendly analytics service to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example which pages are most viewed, where traffic comes from, and how the site performs. This helps us improve the site.
The analytics service we use does not set tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Visitor counts are derived from short-lived, hashed signals (such as a daily-rotating combination of IP address and user-agent) rather than from persistent identifiers, and we cannot identify individual visitors from the data we receive.
Because this analytics service is cookieless and does not store identifiers on your device, we are not required to ask for your consent before it runs. You can still block it at the browser level — most modern browsers offer a "Do Not Track" or "Privacy Mode" setting that the service respects.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies and site data at any time through your browser settings. Doing so on this site will sign staff out of the admin area but will not affect anything for ordinary website visitors.
